Red Turtle was commissioned to consult on the colour palette, and to create artworks to dress the eight walls in the restaurant. A revised exterior colour and deep red feature wall for the interior were recommended. Original, site-specific artworks were created by Victoria across diverse media - including a substantial original acrylic on canvas and traditional woodblock printing on both Rag paper and a more contemporary clear Mylar. An associate artist was commissioned to provide photographic images for a gallery in one section of the restaurant. In addition, an awards wall was created to display the numerous Culinary awards won by The Monarch Cafe over the past three years.

Red Turtle co-ordinated the framing and installation to ensure the cohesive overall presentation of a unique and eclectic Art collection.
