I believe a restaurant needs to have a 'chameleon' quality. We change our menu regularly to offer our customers variety, and we also need to keep the restaurant space contemporary and interesting. We didn't plan to change the basic spatial design of the Café, we simply wanted to 're-dress' the existing space.

After discussing the options with Red Turtle, we decided to make effective use of colour, and original artwork to achieve the new look. Red Turtle coordinated the refurbishment and ensured everything was complementary - from the colours and artwork, to details such as the mirror and plants.

Victoria has a great sense of design - my renewed café looks sensational. It's moody and sensual, with a wonderful collection of original artwork. My customers have been impressed at the impact and effectiveness of changing simple details like artwork and the colour scheme. But, it's the details that make the difference.
