We had previously seen Victoria's stone sculptural work, and liked the idea of incorporating 'functional art' in our refurbished living area. The two lamps are now feature pieces in the lounge in the Villa and discussion pieces for our guests.

The finished sculptures are carved from local volcanic stone from our own Island and, while the dense stone was difficult for Victoria to carve, they are unique pieces especially at night when lit.
